The villa exceeded all expectations and having stayed in many villas across the world this villa is easily one of the best if not “the best” we’ve stayed in. Set on the hillside the views are spectacular and the garden gets the sun pretty much all day. The area itself is nice and peaceful yet close enough to local restaurants and shops, as with most of Madeira you will need a car although there are plenty of taxis not too far away should you wish to go for dinner and enjoy a drink or two. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of bubbly and a selection of basics in the fridge and the cupboards have plenty of goods so you don’t have to immediately find a shop which was very much appreciated. The villa was also very clean and we had a non contact check in which again was much appreciated with the current situation in the world. All in all I think you might find a cheaper villa but you won’t find a better villa in Madeira and when I come back I won’t even look for another villa I’ll book this one straight away. The hosts were incredibly helpful every step of the way and answered any questions I had very quickly which we were very grateful for. Book this villa you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!

Our recent stay at Villa Panorama was a great experience for our family (ourselves + our 18 year old son). The Villa really is quite exceptional, superbly equipped and beautifully presented as well as being immaculately clean. Our host did a very good job, excellent communication throughout and really helpful instructions helping us to navigate non contact check-in. We thoroughly recommend a stay here, with absolutely no reservations. We don’t hesitate to recommend Madeira to our friends and family. The people were very respectful of the protocols for Covid 19 and that made us feel very safe on the island throughout our stay. We are very much looking forward to a return trip in the future. This home is simply amazing! The location, the view, the layout of the home and incredible architecture, everything was absolutely perfect and one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. And I’ve stayed at over 50. If you’re looking for a relaxing and amazing holiday stay for you and your family or group of friends, look no further and just press book! We came with our nanny and our baby and it was the perfect house for us.

Magnificent comfortable fully equipped Villa with really incredible ocean views. The road from the airport takes 30 minutes and this is the really best place to stop in Madeira. Very spacious, new, fully equipped house with panoramic windows, beautiful swimming pool, terrace and barbeque. Cozy kitchen for cooking, fully equipped and cleanliness everywhere. You can live in the villa and do not go anywhere else J Very kind and supportive welcome from Carlos with wine, fruit, butter, oil, cereals, spices, beer, shampoo, everything was in place. There is a big supermarket with fresh fish 3 minutes drive away. We didn’t want to leave, but next time we’ll certainly come back, thank you Carlos, everything was amazing!

The house is as beautiful as, actually more beautiful than it looks on the site – everything was just perfect right down to the lovely soft towels. The supermarket in Calheta is excellent and there are lots of places to eat within a few minutes drive. We loved the outdoor fire, the pool, and the outstanding views. We can definitely recommend this house for a week or more stay. We will come back the next time we visit the island.

La maison est absolument magnifique, la vue somptueuse, les hôtes aux petits soins pour nous. Vin du Portugal et Gâteau de Madère nous attendaient. Si nous avions besoin de quelque chose, nous avions une réponse immédiate. La maison est spacieuse, très agréable à vivre, bien située pour rayonner sur l’île de Madère. L’environnement est calme. Que du bonheur ! Nous vous recommandons vivement cette adresse 🙂

The villa is located with a beautiful view of the bay of Calheta in the south of Madeira. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very bright and spacious. We especially liked the large terrace with infinity pool and outdoor kitchen. We were received very friendly and can recommend this accommodation for a holiday in Madeira.

Everything was fine. The house is big and in a modern Design. The few is awesome. We enjoyed the time there and will Come back and recoment this location.

Für dieses Haus und für die Gastgeber gibt es nur ein Wort: Großartig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns wirklich zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für sechs Personen. Die Zimmer sind kleine Einzelapartments mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Die große Küche und das große gemeinsame Wohnzimmer bieten Platz für gemütliche Abende, die man aber besser auf der Terrasse mit dem tollen Pool oder der Grillküche draußen verbringen kann. Haben einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht!

Le logement est juste incroyable une situation géographique incroyable, une vue magnifique et une villa superbe. Le logement est parfaitement propre et est parfait pour visiter Madère! L’ambiance sur la terrasse est incroyable de jour comme de nuit, les suites sont parfaite pour avoir de l’intimité. La villa est très bien équipée tout y es! L’accueil et la visite guidée de la villa à été un vrai plus! Je reviendrais sans aucune hésitation !

I was looking for the perfect property in which to celebrate my 50th birthday (a cliffside house with an infinity pool and sea views) and this house was it! Stylish, comfortable and private, it lived up to every expectation.

It was one of the best villas we ever visited! I think that the best! Seems like you getting in 3D reality with perfect details. Villa is new, well designed, fully equipied! Hosts are pleasant and helpful! The view is amazing! And a lot of details beyond description! Hightly recommend! But after it will be not simple to find a suitable place!

The house is fantastic, with a great view on the sea, on sunrise, on small bananas plantations, and Arco da Calheta. The only negative point is that you’ll feel sad, when you’ll have to leave the house.

This accommodation is 5 star luxury, the owners have thought of everything, all finishes and equipment was high quality and worked very well, very clean and very friendly and helpful owners who live locally. Location was amazing, better than the pictures. I will miss our evening drinks on the balcony, we will definitely be returning, thank you Carlos and Fatima, we had a wonderful holiday.

Es ist ein überragendes Haus in einer wunderschönen Lage, in einer beschaulichen Ecke der Insel. Man kann ganz schnell im portugiesischen Alltag abtauchen, von Massentourismus keine Spur! Die Kommunikation verlief einfach nur super! Die Gastgeber hatten das Haus für uns super charmant und liebevoll vorbereitet: frische Blumen, frisches Obst, Wein und andere Getränke incl. Kaffee! Zugegeben, es ist nicht ganz billig. Aber wir haben keinen für die Miete ausgegebenen Euro bereut! Danke Angelie!
